Presentation Formats:
You can choose whether you’d like your abstract to be considered for a storyboard display, rapid fire presentation, or a workshop presentation which will be scheduled during the program. Descriptions of each of these types of presentation formats are included below:

Rapid Fire:
Engage with participants using slides, video, or other media in a 10-minute oral presentation. Your presentation must be followed by an eight-minute Q&A period, during which you’re welcome to ask the audience questions for discussion as well. This presentation format is limited to a maximum of three presenters for a total of 18 minutes.

Workshop:
This 45-minute interactive section is your opportunity to champion your work! Engage your audience and encourage them to have a dialogue, whether it’s feedback around ideas, challenges, or sharing advice and resources for those wishing to adapt your solution within their own community.

Storyboard Display:
Create a 44″ by 44″ poster. You’ll have the opportunity to network and receive feedback on your work from other participants during breaks and lunches, as well as at the Storyboard Reception.

Please submit your abstract for rapid fire presentations and/or storyboards here  by Friday, January 6th, 2023.
