Evaluating and Learning from Shared Care Initiatives

The evaluation and sharing of results and learnings are key elements of all Shared Care initiatives. Before starting a project, project partners must define their measures of success, what data will be collected, and how it will be analyzed.

This rigorous approach to evaluation supports a culture of learning from every Shared Care project to help ensure the best possible results for ongoing and future projects.

Recognizing that results don’t have to always have to be presented in formal evaluation reports, we’ve included a variety of formats under our 'results' section on this site:

  • Evaluation reports
  • Success stories
  • Case studies
  • Events and outcomes

Through these various methods, we hope to provide a well-rounded picture of our work, sharing successes and challenges of projects as they progress from innovative idea through to lasting improvements to our health care system.
