Shared Care Partners in Care Event

Join us to engage with other Shared Care project teams, physicians, and committee members on important issues relating to Shared Care work.
Day one, October 16, is open for Project Leads and Project Managers only. Physicians are not required to attend on this day.
Days two and three, October 17 and 18 (half day), all are welcome to attend.
