The Shared Care Committee and the Specialist Services Committee are pleased to sponsor 100 specialists and 100 family physicians in BC respectively via their Physician Leadership Scholarship fund to participate virtually at the IHI Forum from December 5 to 8, 2021.

The IHI Forum is a highly rated annual conference that inspires action in quality improvement, engagement and health care system improvement around the world. Past BC participants have highly ranked the conference and have made connections with health care professionals from around the globe.

Please note that only the cost of registration is covered through this sponsorship and not sessional time.

How to Apply?

Interested physicians, email JCCtraining@doctorsofbc.ca by Wednesday, November 24, 2021, with the following information:

• Full Name
• MSP Number
• Family Physician/Specialist
• Specialty (if applicable)
• Name of health authority

Selections will be made on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to new participants. You will hear back from us about your selection within one week of the deadline.
