The specific goals for this two-day session were to:
- Foster dialogue between Physician Leads, Project Leads, and the Committee
- Develop skills that enable deep exploration of issues and ideas for change
- Enable dialogue on how the work of Shared Care fits with the BC health system transformation agenda
- Provide opportunities for networking to build collaboration between communities
